Terms of Service for Thowbie Makeovers Affiliate Program

Welcome to the Thowbie Makeovers Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, offered by Thowbie Makeovers (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

The Thowbie Makeovers Affiliate Program allows individuals or entities (“Affiliates,” “you,” or “your”) to earn referral commissions by promoting Thowbie Makeovers’ products and services and driving sales through unique referral links or codes.

 

To enroll in the Program, you must complete the application form provided by Thowbie Makeovers. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

 

3.1 Promotion: As an Affiliate, you will actively promote Thowbie Makeovers’ products and services through various marketing channels, such as websites, blogs, social media platforms, or email marketing. You are responsible for presenting accurate and up-to-date information about Thowbie Makeovers’ offerings.

 

3.2 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting Thowbie Makeovers’ products and services. You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices that may harm Thowbie Makeovers’ reputation.

 

3.3 Marketing Materials: Thowbie Makeovers may provide you with marketing materials, including banners, text links, or promotional codes. You may only use these materials as provided by Thowbie Makeovers and shall not modify or misrepresent them.

 

3.4 Referral Links or Codes: Thowbie Makeovers will provide you with a unique referral link or code to track sales generated through your promotions. You agree to use these links or codes exclusively for the purpose of the Program and not for personal use or to promote other products or services.

 

4.1 Commission Structure: Thowbie Makeovers is provide you with a commission rate of 10% on all products successfully ordered through your custom link. And 5% commission on all services successfully booked through your referrals. The commission rate or structure may be subject to change at Thowbie Makeovers’ discretion.

 

4.2 Eligible Sales: Commissions will only be paid for eligible sales that are completed by customers who have clicked on your referral link or used your referral code. Thowbie Makeovers will determine the eligibility of sales based on its standard policies.

 

4.3 Payment: Commissions will be paid on a biweekly basis, as determined by Thowbie Makeovers. Payments may be subject to a minimum threshold or other payment processing requirements. Thowbie Makeovers may provide payment through electronic funds transfer or other agreed-upon methods.

5.1 Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

 

5.2 Termination for Breach: Thowbie Makeovers may terminate your participation in the Program immediately, without notice, in the event of any breach of these Terms or if Thowbie Makeovers determines that your promotion of its products or services is harmful or inconsistent with its brand image.

 

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions or receive any other benefits under the Program.

Thowbie Makeovers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective upon posting of the updated version on the Thowbie Makeovers website or by providing notice to you. Your continued participation in the Program after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability:

Thowbie Makeovers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, even if Thowbie Makeovers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
